CALL ME GLORIOUS (H410) prior to declaring weighed-in the Stewards viewed the patrol films to ascertain if the horse had been defined a fair start. The Stewards were satisfied that the horse turned its head towards the inside as the start was effected and lost ground when being assisted by the starting gate handler and therefore was declared a runner. Barrier manners were considered unacceptable. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial - Race 242.
CROSSBORDERPEGASUS (K008) when questioned rider stated that he was given no specific instructions other than to settle where comfortable. He said with the early stages of the event being run at a genuine pace his mount settled further back than what he had anticipated. He said when placed under pressure in the Home Straight, whilst his mount lay in, it responded to his efforts to shift to the outside of a runner. He added when placed under pressure near the 200M his mount hung in and as a result he was not able to fully test the horse over the final 200M. Trainer stated that he had applied blinker with one cowl to the horse in an attempt to improve its racing manners and would now consider giving the horse a break from racing. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. The Stewards determined that as a warning was placed on the horse's racing manners at its last race start. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and ridden out in that barrier trial - Race 725.
SAVVY BRILLIANT (J437) jumped awkwardly. Between the 400M and the 350M was held up for clear running before being shifted out - Race 255.

LET'S HAVE FUN (L118) rider reported that his mount, which was having its first race start in Hong Kong, would derive a fitness benefit from its performance. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 255.
MIGHTY COMMANDER (J360) bumped shortly after the start. Held up making the Home Turn - Race 252.
NEVER TOO SOON (E434) after travelling a short distance was steadied to avoid a runner. Near the 350M was steadied when racing in restricted room - Race 252.
ETERNAL RICHNESS (K557) rider stated that in the Home Straight his mount did not fully stretch out and gave ground when under pressure. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 280.
