TROUBLE IN RUNNING

GUSTOSISIMO (J303) after the 300M rider had difficulty pulling his whip through to his right hand when it became entangled in his reins - Race 723.

LADY'S CHOICE (H155) raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event - Race 684.

CELESTIAL HERO (K363) shifted out shortly after the start and made contact with a runner - Race 699.

CHILL BUDDY (K469) jumped awkwardly. Near the 900M was checked. Between the 350M and the 250M had some difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted out. Rider stated that her mount did not travel well throughout the event and changed stride on a number of occasions. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 681.

KING MILES (J158) on jumping blundered badly, lost ground and its rider became unbalanced. Near the 1000M shifted out when being steadied. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 712.

HIGH PRAISE (L316) raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event - Race 673.

MOUNT EVEREST (K237) rider reported that over the final 100M his mount had difficulty obtaining clear running as he attempted to improve into a narrow run - Race 453.

LUCKY MY WAY (K146) jumped only fairly - Race 681.

THRIVING BROTHERS (J396) between the 300M and the 200M had some difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted out - Race 681.

SPICY STANDARD (J520) raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Rider stated that he was obliged to make use of the horse in the early stages to hold a forward position and as a result did not run on in the Home Straight. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 681.

SUGAR SUGAR (G016) over the final 100M could not be ridden out when positioned tight - Race 723.
