TROUBLE IN RUNNING

SALON S (K585) shifted in at the start and was bumped - Race 179.

CROSSBORDERDUDE (L022) shifted in shortly after the start, was bumped on the hindquarters and became unbalanced. Leaving the 750M was bumped on the hindquarters and became unbalanced - Race 220.

JOLLY BRILLIANT (K498) making the first turn lay out and was steadied. Near the 250M was steadied - Race 179.

SUPER DRAGON (K389) jumped only fairly. Briefly held up on the Home Turn. Between the 400M and the 250M was again held up for clear running - Race 179.

FALCON HUNTER (K503) on jumping became unbalanced when bumped. Raced very wide and without cover until near the 700M. When questioned rider stated that the intention was to hold a midfield position with cover. He said in the early stages when caught wide and to the outside of a runner he elected to come back to obtain a position with cover behind that runner which resulted in his mount settling further back in the field than he had expected. He said when being shifted behind that runner leaving the 800M he was of the opinion that the pace of the race increased and that resulted in his mount losing touch with the field thereafter. He added from the 600M he encouraged his mount forward, however, it took some time to respond to his riding and was inclined to lay out making the Home Turn before finishing the race off well in the Home Straight - Race 179.

FOREVER FANCY (K354) on jumping was bumped. Near the 350M was steadied when crowded - Race 179.

STAR ELEGANCE (K536) bumped on jumping and became unbalanced - Race 239.

MAZING GRACE (K166) on jumping shifted out and made contact with a runner, resulting in the horse becoming unbalanced - Race 124.

JUST FOLLOW ME (K332) the tongue tie was replaced at the Start. Jumped only fairly and shortly after the start made contact with a runner. Approaching the 300M had difficulty obtaining clear running - Race 200.

DASHING MAURISON (K374) jumped only fairly, shifted in and made contact with a runner. Shortly after was steadied - Race 210.

SUPER GOLDENDRAGON (K458) was slow to begin - Race 181.
