Racing Incident Report
Race One : (334) - CHEK KENG HANDICAP - Class 5 - 1200Meters
Horse No 1 SNOWTHORN (K025) Z Purton Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 2 I P O BROS (K193) J Orman Between the 200 Metres and the 100 Metres was held up for clear running behind KING ALLOY.
Approaching the 100 Metres made contact with MY FLYING ANGEL when being shifted to the outside of KING ALLOY.
J Orman stated that from the inside barrier he was instructed to hold a forward position.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 3 KING ALLOY (K099) R Kingscote Shifted out on jumping and was bumped.
Horse No 4 INNO CENTURY (K113) M Chadwick Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 5 MAJESTIC DELIGHT (K189) C L Chau Near the 1000 Metres made contact with TEAM HAPPY due to both runners shifting ground.
Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 6 MY FLYING ANGEL (J174) A Badel Shortly after the start became unbalanced when crowded by YOU'REMYEVERYTHING.
Between the 350 Metres and the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.
Bumped approaching the 100 Metres.
Over the concluding stages raced tight to the inside of SHOTGUN.
Horse No 7 SHOTGUN (K111) M F Poon Bumped at the start.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 8 TEAM HAPPY (J218) M Guyon Bumped on jumping.
Near the 1000 Metres made contact with MAJESTIC DELIGHT due to both runners shifting ground.
M Guyon reported that when caught wide in the early stages he was obliged to steady his mount to obtain a trailing position behind THE WAY WE WIN near the 1000 Metres which resulted in TEAM HAPPY settling further back than what he had intended.
He added in the Home Straight TEAM HAPPY did not respond to his riding and, in his opinion, may be better suited by being stepped up in distance for its next race start.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 9 YOU'REMYEVERYTHING (E413) H T Mo On jumping was bumped by THE WAY WE WIN which shifted in.
Horse No 10 THE WAY WE WIN (J493) M L Yeung Shifted in at the start and was bumped.
Horse No 11 EURO ROCKS (H153) K Teetan Passing the 1000 Metres was steadied to avoid TEAM HAPPY when that runner was steadied to obtain cover.
Horse No 12 SUPER ELITE (H247) A Atzeni Shifted out at the start and was bumped.
A Atzeni stated that his mount hung out making the Home Turn when YOU'REMYEVERYTHING shifted out before giving ground in the Home Straight.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Snowthorn tracked the speed from gate 12 before moving to the lead 250m out and keeping on gamely for a first win at his 10th start. Shotgun stayed on nicely for second after sitting one off travelling third from gate 10. It was clearly his best run to date. Majestic Delight ran on steadily for third after a wide trip without cover from midfield. He is a winner waiting to happen with placings in back-to-back runs. Firming favourite I P O Bros managed fourth without a clear run for a majority of the straight after a prominent run on the fence. He should have finished closer. My Flying Angel stayed on a non-threatening fifth after a rails run from behind midfield. He's better suited over 1,400m. King Alloy didn't find much when headed mid-straight.
