Recap by phillip woo

Rapid Phantom travelled prominently in the centre of the track from gate two and reeled in favourite Bustling City 80m out for a maiden win at his third start. He was able to build on two promising runs to start his career. Bustling City found one too good after dictating the run on the stands side from gate six. He's a winner waiting to happen with placings in his past three starts. Ruby Thrive came on late to snatch third after switching off heels for a clear run 150m out following a handy run on the grandstand side. It was an improved effort with the claim well utilised at his third start. Invictus lost a placing late after chasing the speed from gate 10. It was another honest effort.
