Horse No 1 WOOD ON FIRE (C460) K C Leung Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 2 GALLANT CROWN (D359) K H Chan Bumped near the 1000 Metres.
Horse No 3 MEGA BONUS (E184) L Ferraris Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 HIGH RISE SOLDIER (C511) C Y Ho Bumped shortly after the start.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 GREAT ACHIEVER (J049) C L Chau Raced keenly throughout the early and middle stages.
Horse No 6 TALENTS SUPREMO (H133) H Bowman Jumped only fairly and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Near the 1000 Metres was steadied away from VALHALLA which was steadied and shifted in.
Horse No 7 SPEEDY CHARIOT (H193) K Teetan Bumped shortly after the start.
Making the turn near the 1000 Metres was bumped by GALLANT CROWN which was positioned tight to the inside of WOOD ON FIRE.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 8 COUNTRY DANCER (H436) B Avdulla After the 300 Metres was shifted to the inside of SEA SAPPHIRE to continue into clear running.
Horse No 9 SEA SAPPHIRE (H343) A Atzeni After the race, A Atzeni stated that he was asked to ride SEA SAPPHIRE with cover tonight as it raced a little keenly in the lead at its last race start.
Trainer P C Ng confirmed the instructions issued.

After the 600 Metres commenced to race keenly and got its head up when being steadied away from SEA SAPPHIRE.
Horse No 11 MR GOOD VIBES (H180) K De Melo Checked shortly after the start when crowded.
Horse No 12 HARMONY N HOME (C531) M F Poon Jumped awkwardly and then was crowded shortly after the start by SEA SAPPHIRE which shifted out despite the efforts of its rider.

Hustled to the front from gate 11, the well-backed Mega Bonus straightened up a length on top and kept finding to ring up a second win this term after misfiring three times. He has lived up to a dirt trial win in a visor. Favourite High Rise Soldier found one too good after a box seat run. He's run well in his past three starts and can break through shortly. Great Achiever just lost second after a rail run from midfield. He relished a step up to 1,200m after a pleasing debut effort over the Valley's 1,000m. After a patient ride third last from gate 10, Talents Supremo ran on nicely down the outside. He has the tools to win again if he can draw a proper gate. After an awkward start, old-timer Harmony N Home settled four from the rear and ran on well to finish next best without threatening the top four. It was his best run from six starts this term. Mr Good Vibes ran on without threatening after travelling two from the rear. He's shown flashes of ability in two of his past three starts. Plunged late, Wood On Fire will sleep well after settling wide without cover in midfield.
