Biden says G7 leaders agreed to call out China over human rights abuses in Xinjiang and Hong Kong

US President Joe Biden said G7 leaders have agreed to collectively call out China's alleged human rights abuses in Xinjiang and in Hong Kong. Speaking at a news conference following the Group of Seven (G7) summit in the UK on June 13, 2021, Biden said the US and Western democracies are in a "contest with autocrats".
