Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu said the central government has agreed to fully reopen the Hong Kong-mainland border in an orderly manner. Lee made the remarks on December 24, 2022 after returning from his maiden annual duty visit in Beijing, to deliver his six-month work report to central government leaders.
