Mainland China to open all borders with Hong Kong and Macau, travel tours to resume

Mainland China will fully reopen all of its borders with Hong Kong and Macau from February 6, 2023, Beijing officials said, adding that all Covid-19 restrictions will be dropped and no quotas will be imposed on arrival from either side. Travellers from the two cities who haven’t been overseas within a week before departure will no longer require a negative PCR result to enter the mainland.
