TROUBLE IN RUNNING

SOMELOVEFROMABOVE (J503) post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 864.

LIVE WIRE (L142) over the concluding stages shifted in, resulting in its rider having to correct his mount - Race 770.

GIANT LEAP (J143) rider stated that his mount was obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event and as a result gave ground in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 863.

STARRY SHOW (L074) when questioned regarding the improved performance Trainer representative, stated that, in his opinion, the horse was advantaged by the track conditions which, whilst still rated as "Good", had some give due to rain which had fallen at the start of the meeting - Race 859.

VICTOR THE RAPID (J393) after travelling a short distance was hampered when being eased - Race 843.

A TIME FOR US (K475) leaving the 200M became unbalanced when bumped. Approaching the 150M was then severely checked when crowded. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 833.

EVERSTAR (K264) was withdrawn on the day before raceday by order of the Stewards on vet advice (lame left fore) . Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 832.

LIGHTNESS OF BEING (K159) rider stated that when a number of runners to his inside were crowded at the start his mount was able to hold a more forward position than had been intended - Race 697.

KWAI CHUNG TALENTS (L144) shifted in at the start and made contact with a runner. Rider confirmed that he was instructed to take up a forward position from a favourable barrier - Race 842.

SAME TO YOU (H057) rider stated that he was instructed to take up a forward position. He said, in his opinion, his mount may be better suited when ridden in a more conservative manner in the early stages. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 810. .
