Recap by phillip woo

Night Purosangue settled one off and three lengths back in third before rushing to the lead near the 200m and drawing clear for a second win over the dirt 1,650m and first in Class Four from 12 starts this term. He was well rated after placing in two earlier starts off a rating off 44. Punted late Chill Kaka kept on gamely for finish a clear second after setting some slick early fractions from gate six under a 10lb claimer. He was able to brush off an empty effort last start following a downgrade. Specked late Allcash zipped home with one wider out to snatch third after a patient ride out back from gate 13. He's in the right grade again. Favourite Bull Attitude stayed on fourth best after briefly getting held up behind the stopping Shotgun following a rails run from behind midfield. It was another honest performance. Never Peter Out just plodded after a rails run from better than midfield. He hasn't disgraced in his past four starts but is struggling to recapture top form. Blossomy ran on without threatening after making his run five back and one off the fence. He was given a tougher task carrying 8lb more following a win.
