Recap by phillip woo

Debutant Papaya Brose had a wide with cover trip from behind midfield and showed a good turn of foot to win going away 100m out. He does have a bright future. Favourite Prestige Hall ran on nicely with one wider out to grab second in the final few strides after a patient ride third last from gate 10. He keeps promising without delivering. Happy Park kept on gamely for third after a speed-tracking run from gate nine. It was a good performance following a stable change. Yee Cheong Glory ran on well for fourth after making his run four from the rear on the fence from gate five. He was able to back up a closing third last start. Hayday just held his ground after a prominent run on the fence. He's run with merit in back-to-back starts following a downgrade.
