Racing Incident Report
Race Ten : (132) - PANASONIC WASHER DRYER HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1400Meters
Horse No 2 SUPERB KID (H298) C Y Ho Slow to begin.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 3 ANODE (K367) R Kingscote Bumped at the start and became unbalanced.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 TOP DRAGON (J481) Z Purton Shifted out at the start, made contact with KA YING SUPERB and became unbalanced.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 KA YING ATTACK (J391) M F Poon In the middle stages raced keenly and near the 700 Metres shifted out when being steadied to avoid TOP DRAGON.
Making the Home Turn was then taken wider by TOP DRAGON which shifted out to improve.
M F Poon stated that from the outside barrier he was instructed to ride the horse in a conservative manner in the early stages.
Trainer D J Hall confirmed the instructions and said he issued those instructions as he was of the view there was superior pace drawn to the inside and that the horse had performed disappointingly at the conclusion of last preparation when it was ridden forward to lead from a wide barrier.
Horse No 6 NEW FUTURE FOLKS (J418) K Teetan Jumped awkwardly.
Horse No 7 DAZZLING FIT (K298) L Ferraris Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when held up behind ANODE.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 8 ENDEARED (H161) B Avdulla Jumped only fairly and then raced tight to the inside of SIX PACK shortly after the start.
Leaving the 700 Metres commenced to race keenly and was steadied away from SIX PACK.
Again near the 500 Metres was steadied away from SIX PACK.
Between the 350 Metres and the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when improving between KA YING ATTACK and IGOR STRAVINSKY.
Horse No 9 ARMOUR WAR EAGLE (J039) H Bentley Held up making the Home Turn.
After being shifted to the inside of DAZZLING FIT, ARMOUR WAR EAGLE was then held up for clear running for a short distance behind KA YING SUPERB near the 350 Metres.
After being shifted to the inside of KA YING SUPERB, ARMOUR WAR EAGLE was again held up for clear running behind ONE MAN SHOW near the 200 Metres when that runner was giving ground.
Horse No 12 IGOR STRAVINSKY (K086) M Chadwick Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 13 KA YING SUPERB (J091) A Badel Bumped on the hindquarters on jumping and became unbalanced.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have bled from both nostrils.
Before being allowed to race again, KA YING SUPERB will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Horse No 14 ONE MAN SHOW (K409) K C Leung Jumped awkwardly and made contact with ANODE.
Horse No 11 LO PAN SPIRIT (J233) H Bentley Withdrawn on 25.10.25 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (fever).
Before being allowed to race again, LO PAN SPIRIT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Early favourite Top Dragon was ridden patiently fifth last and three wide before running on to hit the lead just underneath the 100m for a third win and three placings from nine starts. Anode found one too smart after darting to the lead 250m out sitting third on the fence. He proved a shock fourth last start was not a fluke. Ka Ying Attack ran on nicely with one wider out for third after making his run second last following an awkward start from gate 14. It was a good effort on his season debut. Dragon Joy kept on well for fourth after a prominent run one off the fence. He's returned with two positive performances this campaign. Six Pack was doing his best work late for fifth after a one-off trip from behind midfield. He should find his mark shortly in this grade after two pleasing runs. Dazzling Fit ran on without threatening after a rails run from midfield. He needed the run.
