Racing Incident Report
Race Two: (335)-HO SHEUNG HEUNG HANDICAP (Sec1) - Class 4 - 1200Metres
As the start was effected, BRIGHT STAR bounded in the air and lost ground.BRIGHT STAR was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
WINNINGLI and FOREVER ACCURATE bumped at the start.
DON'T MISS began only fairly and shortly after the start raced tight outside the heels of TELECOM TITAN.
Shortly after the start, SPARKLING TALENT was steadied away from the heels of FOREVER ACCURATE which shifted out.
After this, SPARKLING TALENT was ridden along, however, failed to muster speed.
From a wide barrier, PACKING STARCRAFT was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Passing the 1000 Metres, FOREVER ACCURATE was momentarily crowded for room between WINNINGLI which shifted out marginally and BOSSIEE (O Doleuze) which shifted in before being directed out to relieve the tightening to FOREVER ACCURATE.
O Doleuze was advised that whilst the Stewards were satisfied with his attempts to correct BOSSIEE, nonetheless he was reprimanded and told to ensure that he makes every endeavour to prevent his mounts from shifting ground.
DON??T MISS lay out making the Home Turn.
Near the 350 Metres, FOREVER ACCURATE was shifted to the outside of BOSSIEE after being disappointed for running inside that horse.
Passing the 150 Metres, TELECOM TITAN was shifted out away from the heels of BUMBLE BABY.
When giving ground, WINNINGLI got its head up when steadied passing the 100 Metres.
Throughout the race, BUMBLE BABY travelled wide and without cover.
After the race, N Callan stated that SPRING WIN did not quicken in today??s race as well as it had previously when ridden by him and finished off the race only fairly.
A veterinary inspection of SPRING WIN immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea.
Before being allowed to race again, SPRING WIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
A veterinary inspection of BUMBLE BABY and WINNINGLI immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SPRING WIN, ROBUST MOMENTUM and FOREVER ACCURATE were sent for sampling.

Robust Momentum came on well after travelling fore of midfield to claim a sixth career win at his 54th start. He was performing off a season low in the ratings after picking up pay slips in six of eight other starts and it wasn't a strong form race. Expect him to find it harder following a penalty. Forever Accurate was back on track from a good gate to make it close after a handy run. He has been racing consistently well over this Sha Tin trip this season. Bossiee was suited by the slower ground after claiming the front 300m out following a pace-stalking run. Specked late Sparkling Talent closed off well straightening second from the rear to add further value to the Quartet in an improved run in this grade with a return to Sha Tin. He'll need to prove this was no fluke. Packing Starcraft finished off well after travelling fourth from the rear. He's shown some ability in his four starts and will certainly come on for this run. Favourite Spring Win had his chance following a handy run along the fence in a surprisingly flat performance. Bumble Baby had excuses after a torrid run.
