Star Trek’s William Shatner, 90, blasts into space on Blue Origin rocket

William Shatner, best known for playing Captain Kirk on Star Trek, became the oldest person to travel to space on October 13, 2021. The 90-year-old actor and three other passengers entered space aboard New Shepard, a rocket built by Jeff Bezos’ aerospace company. The Blue Origin flight lasted just over 10 minutes.
