The crew of China’s Shenzhou-18 spacecraft returned to Earth on November 4, 2024, after spending six months aboard the Tiangong space station. The capsule containing the three astronauts arrived safely at the Dongfeng landing site in Inner Mongolia. Commander Ye Guangfu said he was grateful that his dream of space flight had become a reality. Crew member Li Guangsu said the team enjoyed the feeling of weightlessness, while fellow crew member Li Cong said the team had completed more in-orbit research experiments. The crew's April launch marked more than two decades of Chinese human space flight.
