Flash floods and landslides kill more than 40 people in Indonesia and East Timor

Flash floods unleashed by torrential rains killed at least 41 people in the Indonesian province of East Nusa Tenggara on April 4, 2021, the Indonesian National Board for Disaster Management BNPB said. At least three more deaths were reported following a landslide in the neighbouring country of East Timor.
