Neil Callan is an Irish jockey who forged a successful career in England, finishing second in the British championship in 2005 and 2007. He had his first short-term stint in Hong Kong in 2010, returning for progressively longer periods each season before committing to Hong Kong full-time from late 2013. In his first full season, he rode 47 winners and finished fifth in the jockeys' title race. He has been associated with horses like Blazing Speed and Beauty Flame.
