Race Six : (93) - THE POK OI CUP (HANDICAP) - Class 4 - 1200Meters
Horse No 1 STANLEY EXPRESS (K476) B Avdulla Shortly after the start was eased when crowded between PARROT BLESSING and ENJOY GOLF, both of which shifted ground.
Between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.
Horse No 2 GALLANT DESIGN (L161) Z Purton Z Purton stated that his mount jumped awkwardly and as a result settled slightly further back in the field than he had anticipated.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 3 DRAGON SKY FORCE (L198) M Chadwick Jumped awkwardly and lost ground.
Between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.
When being shifted to the outside of LET'S HAVE FUN near the 200 Metres to obtain clear running made contact with PARROT BLESSING.
Horse No 4 GLORY PATCH (L534) A Atzeni Jumped only fairly.
Lay in in the Home Straight and raced greenly.
Horse No 6 TELECOM FORTUNE (L424) J Orman In the early stages raced keenly and near the 1000 Metres was steadied to avoid LET'S HAVE FUN.
Again near the 850 Metres was steadied to avoid LET'S HAVE FUN.
Horse No 7 NOBLE SUPERIOR (L392) M L Yeung Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 8 PARROT BLESSING (L063) H T Mo Shifted in at the start and made contact with LET'S HAVE FUN.
Bumped near the 200 Metres.
Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 10 ENJOY GOLF (J222) H Bentley Jumped awkwardly.
H Bentley stated that the intention was to cross and lead but when NOBLE SUPERIOR held its position to his inside he was obliged to race outside that runner.
He added under pressure in the Home Straight ENJOY GOLF disappointed in the manner in which it responded.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 12 LET'S HAVE FUN (L118) M F Poon Bumped at the start.
Sent for sampling post-race.

Let's Have Fun settled better than midfield and after hitting the lead 150m out, he kept on gamely for a maiden win at his 15th start. He relished a step up to 1,200m after two 1,000m runs this season. Well-backed favourite Gallant Design ran on to finish level for second after a wide trip from gate 12. He's a winner in waiting. Noble Superior kept on nicely for a share of second after prompting the pace along the inside from gate four. Like the latter, he has a win in sight. Dragon Sky Force made good ground late for fourth after badly missing the start from gate three. He's made a good impression in both starts.
