Horse No 1 RUN RUN SMART (K080) H Y Yuen Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 2 FORZA TORO (K355) J Moreira Jumped only fairly.
Near the 1000 Metres was steadied away from MULTISUPERSTAR.
J Moreira reported that after settling towards the back of the field his mount found it difficult to make up ground form that position on the "Yielding" track.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 SOLID CAR (K058) J Orman Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 MERLION (L176) L Ferraris Raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 7 SUPERB BOY (G335) M F Poon M F Poon reported that he was obliged to make use of his mount in the early stages to hold an on-pace position.
He added as a result in the Home Straight SUPERB BOY was left without a finishing effort.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 8 SEA DIAMOND (L072) R Kingscote From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 9 KING GLORIOSO (J247) C Y Ho Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 10 DUKE OF ORANGE (K540) A Badel Jumped only fairly.

Horse No 13 AQUAMAN (K523) M Chadwick Jumped only fairly.

Run Run Smart dictated the pace from gate nine and after straightening nearly three lengths in front, he was too good for a third win from 12 starts this term. He got a race run to suit with the claim well utilised. Punted late Solid Car closed off well for second after a rails run from behind midfield. He's trending towards a win with placings in back-to-back runs. Master Lucky stayed on for third after a speed-tracking run from gate five. It was a better effort with a step up to 1,400m. Ninja Derby kept on for fourth after a box-seat run. It was an improved effort with a step back to 1,400m at his second straight start in Class Four after a Class Five win. Favourite Forza Toro ran on late near the inside for fifth after making his run fifth last following another slow start. Sea Diamond made good ground late through the centre for sixth after making his run at the rear from gate 13.
