Recap by phillip woo

Firming favourite Sky Jewellery responded nicely to reel in Beauty Eternal 60m out for a fifth win from seven starts and both outings this term. He's got a very bright future. Beauty Eternal gave a cheeky sight in front for second from gate six. It was a return to form, but he did find the wet track to his liking. Packing Angel ran on late near the inside to snatch third after a patient ride at the rear from gate 10. It was his best effort from five starts this term. Helene Feeling lost a placing late after a prominent run on the fence. It was good run, but he's clearly a better horse at the Valley. Beauty Joy came on late down the outside for fifth without threatening the first four after making his run one from the rear. Max Que ran on steadily without threatening travelling third last from gate five. He didn't appear to enjoy the soft conditions. Kaholo Angel was in the thick of things until succumbing 100m out sitting third in the run from gate seven. He is a Valley horse.
