Horse No 3 WINNING MACHINE (K239) E C W Wong On jumping became unbalanced when bumped by PANDA LEGEND.
As a result WINNING MACHINE shifted out and made heavy contact with GALE SAGA.
Near the 300 Metres shifted out and made contact with PANDA LEGEND.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 VIEW ALL THINGS (K101) Z Purton Jumped only fairly.
Near the 700 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from YEE CHEONG RAIDER.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 VIVA TASTE (K415) H T Mo Jumped only fairly.
Near the 200 Metres was bumped by GALE SAGA.
Horse No 6 GALE SAGA (J152) M F Poon Fractious in the Parade Ring and was required to leave the Parade Ring early.
Before being allowed to race again, GALE SAGA will be required to undergo a pre-race parade test.
Became unbalanced when bumped heavily shortly after the start by WINNING MACHINE.
Near the 200 Metres was crowded between VIVA TASTE and WINNING DIAMOND which, after improving to the inside of PANDA LEGEND, was then taken in slightly by PANDA LEGEND.

From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Near the 200 Metres shifted in and away from PANDA LEGEND and made contact with GALE SAGA.
Near the 100 Metres raced in restricted room between PANDA LEGEND and GALE SAGA.

Horse No 11 POWER SUMMIT (K044) C L Chau Jumped awkwardly and then became unbalanced when it made contact with WINNING DIAMOND.
Raced keenly in the early stages.
Near the 900 Metres was severely checked to avoid GALE SAGA.
As a result POWER SUMMIT got its head up, shifted out and made contact with WINNING DIAMOND.
Horse No 13 PANDA LEGEND (H002) A Atzeni After the 900 Metres, when racing keenly, was steadied to avoid FRANTANCK when that runner shifted in.
Approaching the 300 Metres became unbalanced when crowded between THE WAY WE WIN and WINNING MACHINE, both of which shifted ground slightly.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 14 THE WAY WE WIN (J493) P N Wong Lay in in the early part of the Home Straight and near the 300 Metres shifted in and made contact with PANDA LEGEND.
Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Horse No 12 REWARDING TWINKLE (J368) C Y Ho Withdrawn by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice after it was found to be lame in the right front leg at the Start.
Before being allowed to race again, REWARDING TWINKLE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

View All Things travelled behind midfield on the rails and got up 100m out to open his win account at start 12. Winning Machine kept grinding away to just hold second after a box-seat run. It was another honest performance. Whacked late in betting, Soaring Bronco ran on strongly late down the outside to nearly grab the quinella spot after making his run five back along the inside. It was another solid effort after producing a recent win. Frantanck succumbed late after assuming the front 350m out following a speed-tracking run from gate 14. He was able to back up two improved runs over the Valley 1,650m in Class Four. Mazing Grace ran on steadily without threatening after a one-off trip from midfield. He's crying out for a mile trip after going all right in a pair of 1,400m runs following a downgrade.
