Race Two : (615) - SUPPORTING SPORTS ALL AROUND 1200M HANDICAP - Class 5 - 1200Meters
Horse No 1 GLORY CLOUD (H320) J Moreira Jumped awkwardly and lost ground.
Horse No 3 WIN SPEED (J205) H Y Yuen Approaching the 400 Metres became unbalanced when bumped by SONIC BOOM which shifted out to improve.
Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 4 COLOURFUL WINNER (J312) M L Yeung Blundered on jumping.
Horse No 5 SUPERB GUY (K323) J Orman Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 7 NOBLE DELUXE (K052) K Teetan Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 8 TRIUMPHANT WARRIOR (H430) P N Wong Shifted out abruptly on jumping.
Horse No 9 VIVA CHALEUR (G368) A Atzeni Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 10 CHEER FOR SOUTH (H178) Y L Chung Jumped only fairly.
Over the concluding stages was eased when crowded between GLORY CLOUD and WIN SPEED which was taken out by MODEST GENTLEMAN (M Chadwick).
M Chadwick was advised to exercise more care.
Horse No 11 MODEST GENTLEMAN (G352) M Chadwick Jumped only fairly.
Briefly held up for clear running on the Home Turn.
Between the 200 Metres and the 100 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted to the outside of NOBLE DELUXE.
Over the concluding stages lay out under pressure.
Horse No 12 SONIC BOOM (H144) M F Poon Shifted out near the 400 Metres and made contact with WIN SPEED.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Noble Deluxe settled prominently along the inside from gate two and just reeled in Viva Chaleur in the concluding stages for a second win and third on dirt from his past five starts. He loves the all-weather surface. Firming favourite Viva Chaleur found one just too good after acquiring the lead 80m out chasing the leader on the fence from gate one. It was a good performance. Triumphant Warrior grudgingly gave way after clearing to lead from eight. He's trending towards a win across either surface. Modest Gentleman ran on for fourth without threatening the first three after getting held up for half the straight following a rails run. It was another honest performance. Glory Cloud got going late near the outside for fifth after making his run two from the rear. It was a better effort.
