Racing Incident Report
Race Six : (511) - BREEZY HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1200Meters
Horse No 1 VICTOR THE RAPID (J393) C L Chau Shortly after the start became unbalanced when crowded between HAPPY PARK and SAME TO YOU which shifted in.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 2 STARRY SHOW (L074) M F Poon M F Poon reported that his mount raced greenly during the event and near the 600 Metres was steadied when it shifted out across FORTUNE WARRIOR.
Horse No 4 SOMELOVEFROMABOVE (J503) J Orman Near the 350 Metres made contact with RIDING HIGH when that runner was shifted out to improve.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 KING CANNON (K543) R Kingscote Jumped only fairly.
From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 7 CALIFORNIA DEEPLY (G451) B Avdulla Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 8 HAPPY PARK (J311) K Teetan Jumped awkwardly and then shortly after the start made contact with VICTOR THE RAPID.
K Teetan stated that his mount did not travel well throughout the event and responded only fairly to his riding in the Home Straight.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be lame in its left front leg.
Before being allowed to race again, HAPPY PARK will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Horse No 9 SAME TO YOU (H057) L Hewitson Shifted in shortly after the start and became unbalanced when bumped.
Trainer M Newnham confirmed that he had instructed L Hewitson to ride the horse in a conservative manner in the early stages.
Horse No 10 RIDING HIGH (J403) A Badel Bumped on jumping.
Shifted out near the 350 Metres and was bumped.
Horse No 11 UP WITH CHARM (K139) Y L Chung Leaving the 600 Metres was hampered when taken wider by STARRY SHOW which shifted out.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea.
Before being allowed to race again, UP WITH CHARM will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Horse No 12 FORTUNE WARRIOR (H229) M L Yeung Bumped on jumping.
Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Somelovefromabove travelled prominently one off the fence before surging to the lead 100m out and drawing clear for a third Valley 1,200m win and two on the bounce from seven starts this season. He's in a rich vein of form. Victor The Rapid ran on nicely down the outside for second after a rails run from behind midfield. He continues to hold his form well in back-to-back runs after a win. Same To You finished nicely near the inside to just grab third after making his run three from the rear. He has finished in the mix in all four Valley 1,200m runs this term. Riding High succumbed late for fourth after leading 200m out following a wide trip near the front from gate 11. It was another honest effort. Favourite Happy Park only plodded after a handy run on the fence. He couldn't build on a speed-tracking third following a stable change. Fun Elite had his chance but was on his tippy toes 100m out after briefly leading 250m out following a speed-tracking run sitting behind Topspin King from gate two. He tends to mix his form. California Deeply ran on without threatening after making his run three from the rear.
