Recap by phillip woo

Punted late Celestial Harmony settled one off in third from gate seven before darting to the lead 250m out and keeping on nicely for a first win at his 17th local start. He was able to salute at his second start for the Brett Crawford yard. Phantom Cyclone ran on strongly for second after a wide trip without cover travelling behind midfield from gate 12. He is a winner waiting to happen on this surface. Run Run Timing ran on nicely with three wider out to just snatch third after a one-off trip from behind midfield. He continues to race well. Hit late in betting, All Eyes On Me ran on nicely near the inside to just miss a placing after a rails run from better than midfield. It was clearly his best effort from 15 starts. Courier Magic surged late through the centre for fifth after making his run at the rear from gate 14. He keeps promising without a win yet from five starts this term. Wiseman kept on one paced after a wide trip without cover from better than midfield. It was an improved effort at his initial run over the dirt 1,650m. Hailtothevictors ran on late without menacing after a patient ride second last from gate 13.
