Jumbo Treasure gave a cheeky sight in front from gate six to ring up a third Sha Tin 1,200m win from nine starts. It was a return to form after disappointing in two lead-up runs. Favourite Szeryng finished a close second despite proving tough to steer in the stretch drive following a wide and with cover run from midfield. New Future Folks ran on well with two wider out for third after making his run wide and with cover travelling behind midfield from gate 10. He's racing well without striking gold over the Sha Tin 1,200m this term. Harold Win stuck around for fourth after working forward three wide to track the eventual winner from gate nine. Prestige Always was held up for a run from the 300m onwards sitting on the leader's back in the box seat. He should have finished closer. Stormy Grove kept on one paced after a two-to-three wide trip from better than He's still acclimatising but hasn't been far off the final in all three local runs.

Horse No 1 NEW FUTURE FOLKS (J418) M Guyon Jumped only fairly and then made contact with HOLMES A COURT.

Horse No 3 JUMBO TREASURE (K249) K C Leung Sent for sampling post-race.

Horse No 4 PRESTIGE ALWAYS (J300) L Hewitson Over the final 300 Metres could not be fully tested when positioned close to JUMBO TREASURE.

Horse No 5 SZERYNG (K317) Z Purton Approaching the 900 Metres, when racing keenly, shifted in towards GREATER BAE and was steadied to avoid that runner.

When placed under pressure in the Home Straight hung in and proved difficult to ride out.

Sent for sampling post-race.

Horse No 6 STORMY GROVE (K478) H Bentley Near the 900 Metres, STORMY GROVE, which was racing keenly, was steadied to avoid HAROLD WIN (C L Chau) which shifted in when not clear.

C L Chau was advised to exercise more care.

Horse No 7 SUPER INFINITY (J320) L Ferraris Jumped only fairly.

Passing the 100 Metres had some difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted to the outside of GREATER BAE.

L Ferraris stated that his mount travelled only fairly during the race which he attributed to the horse not being comfortable racing amongst other horses.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Horse No 8 JOKER ORBIT (L115) Y L Chung Jumped only fairly.

Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.

Horse No 9 GREATER BAE (L033) A Atzeni Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

A Atzeni stated that when his mount was under pressure it became unbalanced and blundered near the 200 Metres.

Horse No 10 STARRY SHOW (L074) K Teetan From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Horse No 11 GOLDENTRONICMIGHTY (K002) M L Yeung From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Horse No 12 LUCKY XANDER (K407) M F Poon Jumped only fairly.

Horse No 13 FIND MY LOVE (H110) M Chadwick Over the final 100 Metres was held up for clear running behind HAROLD WIN.

Horse No 14 HOLMES A COURT (J511) C Y Ho Bumped at the start.
