Horse No 1 DO YOUR PART (J444) E C W Wong Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 2 AEROVOLANIC (K400) C Y Ho Near the 850 Metres was steadied to avoid JUBILANT STAR.
Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres was held up for clear running.
Near the 150 Metres was steadied when disappointed for clear running to the inside of RUBY SAILING which shifted in when commencing to give ground.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 3 GOLDENTRONICMIGHTY (K002) M L Yeung Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 CHEVAL VICTORIOUS (J458) K De Melo Jumped only fairly and shortly after the start was steadied to avoid RUBY SAILING which shifted out.
Between the 450 Metres and the 350 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.
Near the 200 Metres was bumped by FLYING BOOM and as a result became momentarily unbalanced.
Horse No 5 JUBILANT STAR (K410) Z Purton Near the 900 Metres was steadied to avoid RUBY SAILING which was taken in by WINNING NOW (A Badel) which shifted in when not clear.
A Badel was reprimanded.
Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres was held up for clear running.
Horse No 6 TOP PEAK (H441) K Teetan K Teetan stated that his mount enjoyed a comfortable run during the race but failed to respond to his riding in the Home Straight and, in his view, would derive a fitness benefit from today's performance.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 7 DUKE OF ORANGE (K540) H Bowman From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Horse No 14 RUBY SAILING (H347) P N Wong Jumped awkwardly and then became unbalanced when bumped by NYX GLUCK which shifted out.

Specked late at juicy odds, Goldentronicmighty had a handy run wide with cover from gate seven and after claiming the lead 50m out, he just held off Sunny Q by a lip for a third win from 14 starts. It was a solid performance first up following throat surgery. Sunny Q ran on nicely through the centre to just miss after a wide trip with cover from behind midfield. It was a solid run carrying 4lb more following a win 25 days ago. Do Your Part found a couple too good after leading 300m out following a box-seat run. It was another honest performance. Nyx Gluck stayed on very well for fourth after a four wide trip travelling just worse than midfield from gate nine. He was able to build on a groundcovering defeat 25 days ago. Cheval Victorious made good ground late for fifth after biding his time second last from gate 11. Jubilant Star was next best after getting held up for a run between the 400m and 200m following a prominent run. He had an excuse.
