Recap by phillip woo

Ruby Sailing rushed to the lead 1,000m out and just held off Rezeki by a bob of heads for a second win, both times under apprentice Britney Wong, and first in Class Four from 23 starts. He appreciated the light weight and return to 1,200m. Rezeki ran on nicely to make it close on the wire after a rails run from midfield. It was his best run. California Blitz made a solid bid late through the centre for third after a one-off trip from better than midfield. He's a winner in waiting. King Profit grudgingly gave way after chasing the winner one off from gate nine. It was a good run at his first start following knee surgery in January. Glaciated got going late for fifth after a one-off trip from behind midfield. It wasn't a bad effort first up after showing flashes of ability from five runs last term. Same To You came up one-paced after a one-out, one-back run. The change it tactics did not pan out after coming from last to win last month.
