Race Eleven : (818) - THE CHAIRMEN'S DAY HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1400Meters
Horse No 1 PATCH OF STARS (J343) Z Purton Over the concluding stages shifted in and made contact with BEAUTY CRESCENT.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 3 ANOTHER WORLD (K005) C L Chau Shifted in at the start and was bumped.
Horse No 5 GREY CHARGER (K425) H Bowman Jumped only fairly and then was bumped by ARMOUR WAR EAGLE which shifted out.
Horse No 6 TOP GUN (J249) A Atzeni Jumped only fairly and then bumped with VICTORY SKY.
From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Briefly held up near the 400 Metres when being shifted out to obtain clear running.
Horse No 7 ARMOUR WAR EAGLE (J039) L Ferraris Shifted out at the start and was bumped.
Horse No 8 ENDEARED (H161) B Avdulla From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 9 SUPERB BOY (G335) J Orman On jumping was checked when crowded between PATCH OF STARS and SEA CHARIOT which shifted in before being crowded by ANOTHER WORLD which also shifted in.
Horse No 10 VICTORY SKY (J540) K C Leung Bumped on jumping.
After the event K C Leung reported that his mount came under pressure from the 500 Metres and did not run on in the Home Straight.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have an epiglottic entrapment.
Horse No 11 VIEW OF THE WORLD (J348) K De Melo After the event K De Melo expressed concern with the horse's action.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 12 BEAUTY CRESCENT (H334) Y L Chung Over the concluding stages made contact with PATCH OF STARS when that runner shifted in whilst being ridden along.
When questioned regarding the horse racing in a more forward position Y L Chung stated that with the horse stepping up in distance and carrying blinkers for the second occasion, he was instructed to ride his mount in a forward position, particularly in circumstances where there did not appear to be strong pace in the event.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 13 SEA CHARIOT (K358) M Chadwick The tongue tie was refitted in the Parade Ring.
Crowded at the start.
Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Additions to Racing Incidents Report of 1 July 2025 Sha Tin Racemeeting Race 1 (798) GO GO GO - Near the 200 Metres was eased when racing tight to the inside of LEATHER MASTER.
Race 4 (801) MIRACLE FIGHTER - Lay in in the early part of the Home Straight, resulting in its rider Y L Chung changing his whip to his right hand approaching the 200 Metres.
Race 5 (802) YOUNG CHAMPION - Held up from the 400 Metres to the 300 Metres.

Following a speed-tracking run outside Solid Shalaa, Beauty Crescent kept on gamely after leading 150m out under the whip for a first win at his 33rd local start. Patch Of Stars was still only in cruise mode approaching the 200m following a one-off trip from midfield but couldn't get by the winner when asked for more in the run to the wire. The Absolute surged late near the inside for third after making his run two from the rear. It was another honest performance. Solid Shalaa grudgingly gave way after dictating the pace from gate one. It was a good effort on turf after back-to-back wins on dirt. Armour War Eagle ran on steadily for fifth after a rails run from midfield. He appears from his past three starts to be on his mark. Another World ran on without threatening after a one-off trip travelling behind midfield from gate 11. He hasn't disgraced. Top Gun made inroads late after making his run at the rear from gate 12.
