Recap by phillip woo

Handily placed on the fence, Pakistan Legacy claimed the lead 60m out and just held on for a first win at his sixth start. The move to blinkers worked the oracle after finishing second in two earlier runs. Bundle Of Charm made it close on the wire after getting forced three wide with cover travelling midfield 600m out. He's honest as the day is long without winning this season. Goko Win ran on nicely with two wider out for third after a one-off trip from behind midfield. It was another good run. Young Superstar grudgingly gave way for fourth after leading from gate eight. He's holding his form relatively well after a fourth and second in two prior starts. Savvy Brilliant stormed home from last to just miss a top four spot. It was a return to form after failing to come close in his last three starts. Infinite Resolve kept on one paced after a handy run wide without cover from the widest draw. He had an excuse. Flying Knight made ground late for seventh after settling second last and three wide from gate 11. It was a better run.
