Recap by phillip woo

After extricating himself 200m out for a clear run following a one-off trip from midfield, red-hot favourite Dazzling Fit edged clear upon hitting the front 100m out for a second win on the bounce from four starts. He's a very progressive three-year-old. Fun Together kept on gamely for second after moving to the lead 200m out following a one-out, one-back run from an ideal gate. He had been out of form but was well rated on a second in January off 59. Golden Luck kept on well for third after leading 400m out after rushing forward to track the speed 800m out from gate 11. He was able to build on a fourth when trying 1,400m two runs ago. Solid Win ran on steadily for fourth after a rails run from midfield. It was a better effort with a drop back into Class Four. Mr Cool battled away for fifth after a wide trip travelling midfield from gate 10. He's gone all right in back-to-back runs following a win.
