Recap by phillip woo

Little Paradise kept on gamely after spearing straight to the lead from gate 13 to score a debut win. He lived up to his trials and does appear to have a nice future. Beauty Missile made it close on the wire after a prominent run on the fence. He's now a six-time runner-up from 27 starts. Favourite With A Smile stayed on for third from better than midfield. He's building towards a win. Top Peak ran on nicely to add some value to the quartet after making his run four back on the fence. It was clearly his best run from four starts this term. Bienvenue ran on steadily for fifth after recovering from a sluggish start to travel midfield on the fence. It was another honest effort. Do Your Part held his ground after a one-off trip from better than midfield. He's shown some progress in his past two of six starts. Sky Cap gradually faded after making his run on the back of the winner from gate three. It was a shade better effort. Winning Machine ran on without threatening after a one-off trip from behind midfield. It was an okay effort on debut.
