Race Two : (428) - DAISY HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1200Meters
Horse No 1 VICTOR THE RAPID (J393) H Bowman Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 2 TOP DRAGON (J481) H Bentley Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 3 BEAUTY MISSILE (H123) A Hamelin Raced keenly in the middle stages.
Held up for clear running for a short distance near the 400 Metres.
Horse No 5 TIME TO FIRE (K117) A Badel Jumped only fairly.
After the event, A Badel stated that his mount, which was having its first race start, hung out near the 800 Metres when positioned to the inside of HAPPY FOR ALL and as result was checked.
The racing manners of TIME TO FIRE were considered unacceptable.
Before being allowed to race again, TIME TO FIRE will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial around a bend in Hong Kong.

Ka Ying Warrior travelled one-out, one-back, claimed the lead 100m out and kept on gamely for a first win at his eighth start. Favourite Top Dragon just came up short after a one-off trip from midfield. He's a winner waiting to happen with close seconds in his past two of three starts. Punted late Laserblanca kept on well for third after going forward wide from gate 12 to share the lead one off outside Bingo Babe. It was an encouraging debut performance. Fortune Boy dashed well near the inside from near last to finish a clear-cut fourth. It was a better effort. Beauty Missile ran on without threatening after a one-off trip from behind midfield. He's close to finding a rating bottom. Happy For All made some ground late after getting pushed four wide without cover approaching the final bend from behind midfield. He needed the run after lameness in September.
