Race Seven : (413) - TVB TUNG WAH CHARITY SHOW HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1400Meters
Horse No 1 BEAUTY CRESCENT (H334) B Avdulla Jumped awkwardly.
Horse No 2 AERIS NOVA (J534) L Ferraris Shortly after the start raced in restricted room between SUPREME AGILITY and FIND MY LOVE, both of which shifted ground.
Horse No 3 GRACIOUS EXPRESS (J188) H Bowman After the event, H Bowman stated that his mount raced keenly in the lead and as a result did not finish the race off in the Home Straight.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 4 STORM RIDER (J027) L Hewitson After the event, L Hewitson stated that the intention was to hold a forward position.
He added that STORM RIDER jumped only fairly and as a result he elected to shift his mount across behind runners in the early stages to avoid racing wide.
Horse No 5 SUPREME AGILITY (J267) A Badel Bumped at the start.
Horse No 7 LIGHT YEARS CHARM (K130) Z Purton Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 9 SUGAR BALL (H394) H Bentley Near the 400 Metres blundered when being shifted to the outside of FIND MY LOVE to obtain clear running.
Lay in in the Home Straight.

Horse No 12 JUNEAU PRIDE (J443) K Teetan Jumped awkwardly.
Sent for sampling post-race.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Light Years Charm slotted behind midfield with cover from gate 13, hit the lead 220m out and drew clear for a first win at his fourth local start. Juneau Pride kept on nicely for second after briefly finding the front 250m out following a speed-tracking run from gate 10. It was another solid run up in grade following a win. Sugar Ball ran on for third without threatening the top two following a one-off trip from midfield. He was able to build on a fourth last start over 1,200m. Aeris Nova kept on all right after a box-seat run. He has given a better sight in his past three runs. Capital Legend ran on steadily for fifth after a rails run from midfield. It was a better effort with a return to the turf after two all-weather defeats. Beauty Crescent got going late with one wider out for sixth after making his run fifth last from gate 11. He's a good money spinner for connections but has trouble winning. Find My Love only plodded when asked for an effort after a prominent run. He will be looking forward to downgrade.
