Recap by phillip woo

Good Good tracked the speed behind Silver King, claimed the lead 500m out and just held off the late surge of Billionaire Secret for a first win at his ninth start. Billionaire Secret was closing with every stride to just miss after a one-off trip from behind midfield. It was his best performance from six starts this term. Punted late Management Folks stayed on nicely for third after settling midfield on the fence following a very slow start as usual. He is his own worst enemy. Post-time favourite Soaring Bronco kept on all right after sitting one off with cover in third behind the eventual winner. He has given a decent sight with a step up to 2,000m in his past two starts. Volcanic Spark just held his ground after a prominent run on the fence. He didn't quite see out the 2,000m trip. Serangoon ran on without threatening after a wide trip travelling four from the rear. It was another honest effort.
