Horse No 1 DREAM PURSUER (G241) A Badel A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 2 HAPPY FAT CAT (G166) Y L Chung Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 3 PARTY WARRIOR (E368) K De Melo Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 GORGEOUS VITALITY (G051) L Hewitson Shifted in at the start and was bumped.
Horse No 5 MISTER FOX (J059) M F Poon Jumped only fairly and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 6 SAVVY ELEGANCE (J068) M Chadwick Slow to begin.
In the middle stages raced keenly and for some distance after the 800 Metres was steadied away from PARTY WARRIOR.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 7 HERO WARRIOR (J006) K C Leung Making the first turn near the 1000 Metres was steadied away from SEE U AGAIN and shifted out slightly.

Horse No 10 TATTENHAM (H121) K Teetan On jumping was crowded by GORGEOUS VITALITY.
Near the 1000 Metres was momentarily crowded between SUPER EAGLE and HERO WARRIOR which shifted out slightly.
Horse No 11 SUPER EAGLE (G408) Z Purton Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Dan Attack responded nicely to take control 50m out for the win after a prominent run on the fence. He lived up to a better effort trying the Valley 1,200m last start. Well-backed Happy Fat Cat tracked the speed from gate 12 and did everything right, but could not get the win after rolling to the lead 100m out. He was able to back up a good run on his last start at Sha Tin. Early favourite Super Eagle ran on well for third after traveeling wide the entire trip behind midfield. He's racing well without winning. Tattenham made good late ground for fourth after making his run from three rear. He's almost back to the mark of a win in October. Gorgeous Vitality just plodded after chasing the speed one off the rail in third. He's better over the 1,000m. Super Axiom faded to finish next best after getting his own way in front from gate nine. It was a better run this term with a move to a 10-pound claimer. Party Warrior ran on steadily for fifth after settling on the fence behind midfield as the post-time favourite. He's struggled to recapture top form. See U Again whacked on at one pace near the outside from midfield.
