Racing Incident Report
Race Eight: (757) - LEK YUEN HANDICAP - Class 2 - 1400Meters
On jumping, SUPER WIN DRAGON and ERIMO bumped on a number of occasions when crowded between THE GOLDEN SCENERY and FLAMING RABBIT which shifted in.
FLAMING RABBIT lost its left front plate at the start.
From wide barriers, FLAGSHIP WARRIOR and BEAUTY LIVE were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Over the final 200 Metres, FLAGSHIP WARRIOR could not be fully ridden out when positioned close to AMAZING VICTORY.
GALAXY WITNESS raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
A veterinary inspection of ERIMO and GALAXY WITNESS immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SAUVESTRE and FLAMING RABBIT were sent for sampling.

Following a pace-stalking run, Sauvestre just overhauled favourite Flaming Rabbit in the dying stages for an upset win after a thrilling battle from the 200m. He's smart on his day and was second up off a heart irregularity in October. Flaming Rabbit wouldn't go down without a fight after easily finding the front from gate six. He's a winner waiting to happen with placings in three of four starts. Amazing Victory stayed on for a placing without menacing the top two after a box-seat run. It was another honest effort. The Golden Scenery ran on steadily to fill the frame from better than midfield on the fence. He rarely produces a bad run but the big weight at this level again took its toll. Super Win Dragon kept on one paced to just miss the frame after a prominent run. It was one of his better runs on the turf. Flagship Warrior didn't have the clearest of runs when trying to get in on the act near the inside from towards the rear.
