Race Six: (393) - TAI HING HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1200Meters
MULTIDARLING jumped awkwardly and was inclined to lay in under pressure over the final 300 Metres.
HERCULES also jumped awkwardly and got its head up and soon after was checked when crowded for room between BRAVE DREAMS which shifted in and KING OF THE COURT which was bumped and taken out by KOWLOON EAST STAR.
After this, KING OF THE COURT did not show sufficient pace to take up a more forward position despite being ridden along in the early stages.
RED TITAN shifted out on jumping and bumped EXCELLENT FIGHTER.
RED TITAN was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages from a wide barrier.
M UNICORN stumbled shortly after the start and near the 75 Metres was shifted to the outside of FARIBAULT to continue into clear running.
Making the turn passing the 900 Metres, SUPREME LUCKY commenced to race keenly and then was steadied away from the heels of FARIBAULT (Apprentice Y L Chung) which shifted in when not quite clear.
Apprentice Chung was advised to ensure that he is properly clear when shifting ground.
Near the 700 Metres, RED TITAN was steadied away from the heels of SUPER MAGIC.
Near the 400 Metres, SPEEDSTAR and BRAVE DREAMS bumped due to both horses shifting ground.
SPEEDSTAR then shifted out and hampered MULTIDARLING.
SUPREME LUCKY and BRAVE DREAMS were sent for sampling.

Firming favourite Supreme Lucky took control near 200m out after a one-out, one-back run to ring up a second straight win from four starts. He is still open to improvement and should hold his own up in grade off a light weight. Brave Dreams ran on nicely to grab second 50m out after making his run five back and one off the fence. He continues to knock on the door following a win back in November. Moduleconstruction stuck on nicely for a placing after a box-seat run. It was an encouraging debut effort. Excellent Fighter kept on all right after getting caught wide early in a handy spot from gate 13. He has run with merit in back-to-back runs after a debut win. Multidarling ran on reasonably well after a wide with cover trip from behind midfield. It was a pleasing debut performance. King Of The Court ran on steadily without menacing near the inside after making his run five back on the fence. He's limited and looking forward to Class Five. Specked late Faribault weakened 100m out after hitting the front 200m out chasing the leader Kowloon East Star from a wide draw. He's a Valley horse.
