Racing Incident Report
Race Five: (184)-THE WAYFOONG CENTENARY BOWL (HANDICAP) (Sec1) - Class 3 - 1200Metres
FIGHT HERO was withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (injury to right nostril).Before being allowed to race again, FIGHT HERO will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
TIANHUANG began only fairly.
ULTIMATE GLORY began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of BRIGHT STRIKE.
BORNTOACHIEVE shifted in at the start, resulting in A BEAUTIFUL and LOVE CHUNGHWA being tightened for room.
From the outside barrier, DR RACE was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Near the 1000 Metres, TIANHUANG was awkwardly placed inside the heels of CHEERFUL BOY which shifted in before being directed out to relieve the tightening to TIANHUANG.
Making the first turn near the 700 Metres, BRIGHT STRIKE got its head up when being steadied away from the heels of A BEAUTIFUL.
Near the 650 Metres, ULTIMATE GLORY raced tight between HAPPY SURVEYS and NOBLE ALPHA.
Passing the 250 Metres, HAPPY SURVEYS had difficulty improving into restricted room between MULTIMAX and A BEAUTIFUL.
Passing the 200 Metres, N Rawiller (NOBLE ALPHA) dropped his left rein.
TIANHUANG, BORNTOACHIEVE and BRIGHT STRIKE were sent for sampling.

Borntoachieve went forward from a wide gate to lead 1,050m out, cornered near two lengths on top and kept finding to score a betting plunge. Bright Strike settled one off the fence in fourth, straightened four deep and stayed on gamely to grab second 50m out with a switch to the dirt in an improved first-up run this season. Happy Surveys made ground near the inside after saving ground in midfield to grab a placing. Raging favourite Tianhuang made some ground down the outside after travelling deep near the back following a slow break to just snare a Quartet spot. Ultimate Glory got going when the race was all but over after travelling fourth from the rear to make it close for a First-4 spot. Multimax settled box seat after handing up the lead, stayed to the inside upon straightening and was swamped late for a Quartet spot. Debutant A Beautiful rolled forward to sit one off in second from a wide gate, cornered near three deep and was yielding ground 150m out. Noble Alpha was popped the question with two wider out following a one-off run fore of midfield and came up flat 150m out.
