Hong Kong fire services explains origins of popular blue character ‘Anyone’

The story has been revealed about how a weird blue character called Anyone was created to help Hong Kong’s Fire Services Department promote life-saving training courses. Designed as a simple messenger to raise awareness, “Anyone” become  such a hit that that the department has seen a dramatic rise in attendance at first aid courses.
