China opposed to US ‘sabotaging’ Belt and Road in Panama

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said Beijing was opposed to Washington’s efforts to pressure the government of Panama to abandon projects tied to China’s Belt and Road Initiative. The Foreign Ministry accused the US of “sabotaging” its relationship with the Central American country.
