China and Russia reaffirm ‘rock solid’ ties at meeting in Moscow

China and Russia reaffirmed their strategic partnership on February 22, 2023, as they staged their latest show of solidarity against the United States. Chinese State Councillor Wang Yi arrived in the Russian capital, where he said that Beijing was willing to continue pushing forward its strategic partnership with Russia “no matter how the international storm may change”.
