The craze over superstar Taylor Swift has arrived in classrooms in the Philippine capital Manila, with a premier university rolling out a celebrity studies course examining the singer’s impact on global pop culture. Other universities in the United States have also offered courses on Swift, studying her song-writing and lyrics, among other topics.
