South Korea will launch a nationwide extermination campaign against bedbugs after several dozen outbreaks were reported across the country. Pest-control measures were carried out in the capital Seoul on November 9, 2023, ahead of the start of the four-week campaign. South Korea is the latest place to report the pest infestation following similar outbreaks in Europe.
