About eight food trucks under the Food Truck Pilot Scheme will hit the road in February to mark the start of Lunar New Year.
They are the first batch to launch among the 16 winning applicants selected after a cooking contest in July 2016. Winning trucks will be stationed at popular tourist attractions across the city.
