A construction worker had to be rescued from a violently swinging platform as strong gusts and heavy rain lashed Hong Kong on March 15, 2025. Videos posted on social media show the window gondola swaying violently in strong winds in Tin Shui Wai in the city’s northwestern New Territories as the worker gripped railings and ropes in lashing rain.
