Russian ambassador Sergey Andreev was splashed with red paint by Polish anti-war protesters while attending a ceremony to mark the 77th anniversary of the end of World War II. He was surrounded by demonstrators chanting “fascists”, “murderers”, and “shame” as he attended a wreath-laying ceremony at a cemetery in Warsaw.
