Four Tajik nationals have been charged with terrorism in Russia for the deadly gun attack that killed more than 130 people in a concert hall in Moscow on March 22, 2024. Three of the suspects charged pleaded guilty in court two days later. Russian authorities said the suspects were arrested while fleeing to Ukraine. The group Islamic State in Khorasan, an ISIS affiliate operating in Central Asia, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
