A Chinese student gave a harrowing first-hand account of a terrorist attack at a Moscow concert hall, where more than 130 people were killed on March 22, 2024. Four gunmen in camouflage uniform opened fire at the Crocus City Hall on the outskirts of the Russian capital and set the building on fire. The terrorist group Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack.
