The Penny’s Bay Quarantine Centre will become a venue of Hong Kong’s university entrance exams for candidates who are undergoing mandatory quarantine. The Diploma of Secondary Education Examination is set to kick off on April 23, 2021, amid the coronavirus pandemic. At least two candidates who were identified as close contacts of Covid-19 patients will sit for the exams in the quarantine centre, with invigilators supervising from the outside and the entire exam process recorded on video.
