Poverty-stricken villagers in southwest China relocate for better life

Many poverty stricken villagers in the mountainous area of southwest China’s Guizhou Province were relocated over the Lunar New Year from their homes to better compounds in neighboring towns under a government housing scheme that aims to improve their living standards.
