Nepal has shut schools for three days after landslides and floods, triggered by two days of heavy rain across the Himalayan nation, killed over 120 people. Officials said on September 29, 2024, that 62 others remain missing. The floods brought traffic and most activities to a standstill in the Kathmandu Valley.
